Great location sad staff and sad room. Room was in disrepair. Shower curtain rod was falling down.bath tub was dirty or missing finish. Location was great. Courtyard was cool.

Pleasant The front desk people were lazy. We had asked for a cart to haul our luggage to our room and she pointed to the places we could go look. When we couldn't find one, we had to tell them to stop being lazy, do their job and call us when they found one. As we were checking out, a family was stuck in an elevator. Not sure those are up to code, we actually stopped using them because they were rickety and slow. Love that our dog was welcome at no extra charge. This was the only reason we chose this hotel to be honest.

Good The air in our room wasn't working properly & it took several hours to get it cooled in the summer heat! Also, we reserved a poolside room & when we checked in we were told all of those rooms were taken. Pretty grounds. Great location.
