Worth the stay Halls were hot and trash overflowed...could be maintained better. Nice property....Close to nice restaurants (walking distance).
Not our best stay in Dallas Paper thin walls, slamming doors, not enough bathroom privacy due to thin walls no insulation whatever. The biggest problem was having to re key our entry card on both nights. We were really irritated after coming in late and tired and couldn't get into our room. We had to go down to the front desk and back. Not happy although they gave us a 20 dollar adjustment. Location of our room to the elevator from 2nd floor
Exceptional One of your friend I believe his name was Simon need some additional customer service training. He displayed no empathy and did not display an attitude of servitude It was clean and comfortable. Your front desk staff was pleasant
Good The room smelled like smoke. Family and I could not receive a discount because we booked the room with you a third party.

Great location. Only the carpet incident. We skipped the breakfast mostly because it was only breads, cereals, no meats and only boiled eggs. Everything was pretty clean although there was a big spot on carpet that looked like someone had thrown up as we walked to check out the breakfast. Looked kind of permanent.
Good! Don't Have a fridge in the room :( I wish they have scramble eggs for breakfast
