Fell short The tv was controlled with a light switch. I called twice on it. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room so I had to keep walking downstairs to the lobby to warm up and prepare my baby's bottles which I don't recall them stating. The room was clean but the tub wasn't that clean. It wasn't close to the airport as advertised. The room was clean.

Perfect place to stay in Dallas! comfy beds, clean rooms, updated style, easy access to toll way, great location.
overall good the breakfast selection could have been better. and the hot water in my shower wasn't hot at all the hotel is excellent very clean and staff are friendly
Comfortable and convenient to downtown. When we arrived, the one concern was they overbooked king rooms and the one we requested was no longer available. They put us into a double which actually worked out better for us.
Expensive for the amenities the facility has. On site restaurant and bar would have been nice. it was average.
