Excellent location. Helpful friendly staff. Valet parking a bit hit and miss. Waited over 30 minutes to get car when promised it wud be there in 5 mins Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from dealy plaza. Easy walk to historic district restaurants.
Good It was good, but I got a spider bite on the last night.

It was great and I would recommend this hotel I did not like that there were no scramble eggs Staff was great,very helpful and friendly
rooom was small and check in was awful, great location The check in experience was horrible and the lady that served us was unprofessional and lacked knowledge. The whole check in was awful. When asked about rental cars or dinner her response was "I don't know" everything was "I don't know". We assumed she was new but nope been there for a couple years! The breakfast was lovely and the hotel was in a great location.

I'll never stay their again The Valet service was TERRIBLE. My best friend almost missed her flight because they couldn't do their damn job and they tried to get an attitude with us about their mistake. I have been trying to contact them for some sort of refund but no one answers. Also because of them I ended up having to take a separate cab to the airport paying even more money out of pocket for their mistake. Relaxing The room had a nice view, comfortable bed and the hotel is located in a real good spot.
Awesome Tienes que pagar parqueadero. La cercanía a todas las atracciones del downtown.
