Good hotel for a short break or stopover Dallas is spread out and requires transport to all areas but the staff do their best to help Excellent location for the JFK Experience, friendly and helpful Staff
Excellent Lifts take up to 5 minutes. Room with a view was just looking at extremely dirty windows. Nice and close to shops, museums and train station. Breakfast was ok.
Exceptional Reception area weak. Housekeeping did not deactivate alarm from prior guest so I was awakened at 6:00 am whereas I was hoping to sleep later. Met my travel needs.

Très bien situé et petit déjeuner excellent. Rien. Hotel très bien situé, en plein centre de toutes les attractions, près des trains (train station) qui vont partout dans la ville et aussi qui se rend directement à l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner excellent et personnel très gentil.

Half the price would have been fare. Would have liked to known about the parking They parked my Pickup on a street/ for $25.00 I would have appreciated covered parking. The rooms were very tight/small for the money and 4 people. mostly the location to the Convention center. staff was great.
