Exceptional Elevators broke down and we had to walk up and down 7 floors. But it was fixed quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Will stay at this location when in Dallas again. Room extremely small Good price for downtown Dallas. Staff was very nice.

We stayed three days which is more than enough in Dallas, not a great deal to do Downtown hotel near public transport easy access to airport west end restaurants close by good value for money
