room comfort and great staff made our stay very enjoyable. Shower didn't work at first but front desk staff found someone to fix it. elevators are a bit slow! In a room with two beds where a family could stay, it may be helpful to have a small table with chairs instead of just a work desk. Just a suggestion. Room size, comfort of beds, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. My daughter and I went to CVS to get some items and then McDonald's, and my husband became anxious about our being gone. Although only a short stay would return. Great location for tours & museum. Close to train station. No safe in room. Rooms very small but adequate. Breakfast included in price. Location was good. Enjoyed happy hour . Staff were very friendly & welcoming.
Very Good Since my stay I have seen unexplained charges. I have reached out several times and my number has been taken and told managment would get back to me but it's been a week and I still haven't heard a thing. Jocelyn was great though. Made our stay very fun The room was a little smaller but well equipped.. the bed was great.. I slept well

Very dusty Our room was very dusty and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was covered with a bag. Floor needed a good vacuum. The trains kept me awake most of the night All the staff were very friendly especially Stanley Great value for the $ The view was amazing Great design and Style
