Awesome The parking The room was very nice and clean
Christmas 2020 Not having close parking. Absolutely loved the view, the room was clean and homey. Very comfortable bed.

Pleasant No parking garage or parking available free. You had to either park on street which was limited and only free after 6 pm and had to pay after 7 am. Or walk three blocks and pay 12.90 per day. It was in good location, but rooms were very small

Awesome Housekeeping didnt check in or stop to clean once while we were staying, but we also didnt need anything extra thankfully. I'm sure they would have otherwise upon request Very nice interior design and style. Bathrooms are gorgeous, rooms are really nice too. Very good locqtion. Parking option is definitely a little crappy but its downtown so no big deal and the discount at the lot nearby for booking is really nice.
Pleasant It was noisy. My room was in a horrible location for trying to study and relax. The ac didn’t work properly. It was close to where I needed to go.

Pleasant The customer service was good until this one employee came to work with an attitude.. She was very rude and disrespectful... Her tone was very loud and unprofessional and when I told her about it she claimed that's the tone she uses all of the time.. I tried to remain remain respectful but she made it hard for mr to do that so I asked for her manager.. The manager was very respectful and accommodating... I enjoyed my stay she was the only problem I had with the hotel... Also the parking wasn't free and it is not on ... read more
