Over all was good but will stay only on weekends due to parking There was no place to park had to walk to blk to hotel

Exceptional Housekeeping not very punctual. Original room not being clean when arrived. I loved that the staff was very helpful. Jocelyn, most of all. The room I was given was dirty, had trash literally everywhere. And she gave me a bigger, better room.

Very Good Parking and some of the suspicious characters out front but downtown areas can’t avoid the colorful characters The front desk staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area

Beautiful hotel but don’t think we will stay there again The man who checked us in. The room was BERY tight and cramped quarters but it served its purpose. Hotel lobby was small but BEAUTIFUL! Only one elevator was working when we got there but was fixed shortly after arriving. Girl that worked front counter was absolutely amazing!! Wish I could remember her name but she got off work at 10:00 Tuesday night!!! Absolutely loved her!!! So very sweet and helpful and had a GREAT personality!!!
