Modern, clean, and great location!! SERVICE- VALET We did not like how pushy the Valet was... we needed our vehicle moved upon arriving to the hotel (no self-parking), and we encountered a barrage of unnecessary questions such as, "You want valet, but you don't have a room?" (this was asked several times). We had arrived earlier than expected (before check-in), and did not feel like getting hassled on whether or not we were patrons to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean in some ways. The hotel needs a remodel. The furniture in the lobby are ripe and the carpeting in the hallways smell somewhat. The room individually are very clean and the beds very comfortable.
Enjoyed Dallas did not enjoy trying to find parking. There’s no onsite parking so you have to take a chance and try and find an overnight parking garage. Location was good.
