Very Good Have more than 1 person working registration, especially on a holiday weekend and on a night when there is an event at the Texas Trust CU Theater. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Also, if you are going to offer the ability to complete pre-arrival check-in, which I did, guests should not have to wait in line this long. The size of the room and the in-room safe.
