Good I'd prefer to be fully charged upfront than have my card pre-authorized and have to pay fully upon check in. That is a double debit which is an inconvenience. I had the reversal on the hold effected after 2 weeks which wasn't ideal. Location was good for our visit in DFW. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Decent hotel at a decent price. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom showed signs of mold. Since we were just there for a night we didn’t feel the need to report it or make a big deal about it. I’m sure the staff knows since it was pretty obvious. The receptionist, Lorena, was such a lovely girl. She had a very polite demeanor and was very attentive while checking in to the hotel. It was very pleasant after a five hour drive to get here.
