Kpop Weekend They only had 1 person checking in guest when there was line. 2 people would've made the process faster. Location to the Venue we were attending, the quietness. Housekeeping was amazing and kept us stocked up. For the hotel to be sold out we didn't see alot of people or had issues with thr elevator being delayed.
Great experience The room was clean and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The room was comfortable, centrally located to entertainment, and a good value. A waffle iron was broken but there was no sign indicating it and it was plugged in and hot - I accidentally poured batter in but quickly realized the timer was broken. If a sign had been in place I would not have made that mess for housekeeping to clean up. Sorry! Comfortable beds are the most important thing in my opinion when selecting a hotel. Exceptional Very clean staff friendly
Good I'd prefer to be fully charged upfront than have my card pre-authorized and have to pay fully upon check in. That is a double debit which is an inconvenience. I had the reversal on the hold effected after 2 weeks which wasn't ideal. Location was good for our visit in DFW. The rooms were spacious and clean.
