Fair With only 2 elevators, and 1 was out of service for the 3 days we were there, it was time consuming. And we asked how long the one elevator was out, the staff, reluctantly said a couple of weeks. I like the staff and their commitment to customer service
Worn out pillows We had these 3 worn out pillows for a king size bed.It was so uncomfortable the whole night.Please replace with larger newer pillows..I won't return.. Everything was clean,Staff was friendly.

So disappointed, we will never stay at a La Quinta again. The service or lack there of. We had a few issues, which can happen and it’s not so much the problem but the way staff dealt with the matters. Staff were rude, with a terrible attitude. They should not be working in this industry. Free parking and breakfast.
Bad The fact that my card was charged when I paid cash and I was lied on saying that I smoked in my room which I didn't... And there was no manager around to verify this accusation Nothing
Fair Staff in the morning was rude, breakfast was not good at all and just cold room was clean but found hair in shower and had to pretty much clean the room myself Nothing really , the reviews didn't add up to the actual stay

Has potential. However, other guest completely ruined the experience. Our neighbor played music in the hall for about an hour. I called the front desk to tell them about the situation. The music continued to blare in the room. The walls are paper thin. I had my 16 year old niece with me, we were both woken up by moaning and banging on wall from the same neighbor. The building itself could’ve used more time in development. You can hear everything above you, and beside you. I liked the breakfast and easy check out.
