Fair There was 1 elevator that worked all week. Wait time to go up and down was longer than expected. The hotel has a very nasty plastic type smell. The gym equipment is damaged with missing pieces. Clean Friendly staff .
Uncomfortable The undisclosed $150 deposit do at check in. Having to wait for the cleaners to check the room prior to them returning the deposit. The beds were very hard. I booked a handicapped room and on arrival the desk stated that they will give us a normal room because it doesn’t look like we need it. The location
It was a great location but slight changes could be made to the hotel to better serve guests. Smell of illegal substances on our floor and we had our small son with us. Location.
Regular hotel Since I left the accommodation I have been requesting my invoice, they have not yet sent it, I sent a message prior to my arrival and they did not see it either, they should check their message trays more. Sunday, April 13, 2025 8:06AM As of right now, this has been the worst night sleep I have had at a hotel. ------------- Previous evening: Saturday, April 12 First, starting at 11:20pm, a phone call was made to the front desk that the hallway is filled with noise. It seems like they moved most of their customer base on the second floor. That's fine, but most of the customers by 11pm would like to get some rest. Good breakfast The walls are very thin , and you could hear everything! On top of ceiling, in hallways , next door . Also no hot water the whole weekend. The breakfast was very good
