Bad I will never book here again , we never stayed at our hotel because the employee (A “MANAGER”) act like he didn’t know what was wrong with our room key. We had been in the room before , and had to get an extra key that didn’t seem to work. We tried 3x along with him following us upstairs to try the door. Worst Hotel ever to stay in ! Bad Management is very rude. They should pay everyone a portion of their stay back for the uncomfortableness it was. Two nights in a row we were without power for over six hours. I know the property doesn’t have any control over it, but I have stayed at multiple locations that has a backup generator for that exact reason extremely hot, extremely uncomfortable when I talk to the personnel at the front desk, they said the manager had told him for us to just suck it up That is not right
Bad No power two nights in a row over six hours. Had to go sleep in our truck management. Say we should just suck it up.
Hotel not fully upfront about canceling my 2 rooms My room got canceled before i got there and I was told it was not canceled after verification through texts.
