Fair Breakfast items were missing. No forks, Barely any Syrup, No Bacon, .... Humid room so sleep was not good - humidifiers were in the hallways

Will not recommend and will never stay there again. As a Wyndham member I was disappointed * Room smelled of mold and mildew, had a wet carpet smell. * Bed was hard * No blankets on the bed * Square pillows were hard and lumpy Was told only room available… the hotel was not remotely full. Good location Easy to locate

Huracán Muy caro y en el sillón le pico algún animalito a mi hijo, el desayuno no estuvo a tiempo y mi esposo se fue sin desayunar.
Fair The pool water was freezing cold. Main reason I booked this hotel was the indoor pool for my kids but pool dont have a heater Very dissapointing

We will never stay at this hotel ever again. Front desk clerk - Not very customer service politeness. The TV in our room Did Not Work, the front desk clerk did not know how to work the remote control or try to help or have any suggestions to help get our TV to work!! No TV channel or instructions. No maintenance or on site manager to help her..? We finally got 1 channel to work & volume & that was it. This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel & the last. We did not eat their breakfast.
