I probably wouldn’t choose that particular hotel to stay at again. The elevators were not working. The nice lady said they had been out for over a week and that the company that handles it wouldn’t be out there to fix them till the end of the month. That meant every with heavy luggage had to take the stairs to get to their room. We were on the second floor. Disappointing Very muggy & musky in the room. King room to sleep 4 was supposed to have a pull out couch— no couch, no extra bed. Only 1 bed. No extra bedding. The bedding they do provide is basically 2 sheets, no comforter.
Fair I brought my family to stay for a night while my home was being deep cleaned. I anticipated a nice pool, but the water was freezing cold. I also expected 2 queen beds, as I was sleeping 3 adult's and 3 children, in the room and I believe they were full size beds, just like the beds in my childrens room.
Fair The room was far from elevator and my request was near an elevator. I was told at check in I asked if the room could be changed I was told no. Manager would not speak to me.
Bad I paid for a whole night & they kicked me out for smoking in the room. I paid a feee & they still had me leave. I woke up to a charge i shouldnt have been charged because i never slept in the room they removed me & i never got my $ back
Poor The room requested was not available and was not given any notice about it Room was clean
Very Poor The room didn't look as it was pictured. It did not have the jet tub as in the description. The staff was nice
Bad Was booked wrong room then had trouble getting room Original reserved. Blankets had stains . Was a getaway that was not comfortable.
Comfortable bed, large room, but not all listed amenities and some rude staff! The check in staff was SUPER rude! She acted like it was a complete imposition to check me in early even though I requested early check in and was told it would be honored if accommodations were available and they were. The pool was closed, but gym open. The bathtub was supposed to be a spa tub, per listed room amenities and it was a small, basic tub. I like the comfortable king bed and the large room.
