Would have rather stayed anywhere else. I want my 30 dollars they never gave me back back. Nothing

Dear Jellison, We are sorry to hear this. How ever your stay was apparently great as you told the front desk. I guess that was until you were informed of the items we found damaged in the room as we also provided the evidence for. You ruined 2 pillows, 1 fitted sheet, & 1 flat sheet. Ask anyone that buys linens, you came out ahead on this as they cost us about 20-50 dollars apiece to replace. Bad I got charged for incidentals that did not occur. When I tried to talk with the manager I could never reach him. I was told there were pictures taken and that they would/were emailed to me. I never got any pictures. It was all just a money grab by this hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again when visiting Denton.

Dear Matt, I am the GM and I have spoken with you over the phone on 2 separate occasions. We understand your frustration, but as per our policy and the information you were provided at check in. You are responsible for all damages done to property and property items caused by you during your stay. The pictures as well as time stamps were provided to you via the email. Damages included 1 flat sheet, 2 face towels,1 bathmat, 1 bath towel, 1 pillow case, & 1 pillow. Best wishes, J. Williams.

Wouldn’t stay here again. The first room we went to smelled like dog pee really bad - it had carpeted floors. We got a second room and the dog smell was mild, but still there. The humidity level of the room was so high the sheets felt damp. The beds were on metal platforms that made horrific moaning noises with the slightest, and I mean SLIGHTEST move. The breakfast was fine. More than I expected, but not great. I appreciate they allow dogs.

I will never stay at that particular location The room and the hallway had a musty smell. Ask housekeeper for spray for the room Convenience

Execrable. Everything. We were turned away point blank with a very reluctant and sarcastic sounding "sorry." Highly unintelligent and possibly criminal staff had canceled our booking for no good reason. We were devastated after 5 hours' driving. They claimed our credit card was invalid but it wasn't. Booking.com is not to blame.

You should have also received a message from booking to update your card information or face cancelation. So as unintelligent as we are.
