Fair There was an musty odor to the room . I have never had to pay a deposit at any of the locations that I have ever stayed at . It was an insult
Very disappointed The room key did not work for the whole stay. Had to go to the front desk 1-3 times for them to redo the keys every time we left the room. The first day, they couldn't even get the door open with the machine. He was supposed to call maintenance to fix, but it did not get fixed. Morning staff was not friendly at all in helping out in this situation, and this was their issue, not ours. There was barely any water coming out of the shower and never hot, just warm. Fair Why I get charged another $ 50 after check out before 11 am....pool and gym. Was close for maintenance.

Great location, cleanliness could be better. My room looked nice upon first glance but there was cracks and peeling paint on the walls and ceiling in my room. To their credit, there was a lot of remodeling going on so I assume those issues will be addressed. The carpet felt grimy which may have been due to the humidity and there was a humidifier in the room to try to help. The tile throughout the restroom floor was cracked and when I took out the ironing board there were old socks from previous people. The location was good ... read more
Not coming back. If you don’t have hot water I am out! I booked a room with 2 beds. When we got there we walked into a room with 1 king size bed. We got in super late so we made it work bc we were too tired to deal with it. We never had any hot water so our showers were cold. And the room, hallways, and elevator were hot. Like there was no AC. The employees were nice
Terrible One elevator the toilet is way too short the bed was hard I complained to staff they did nothing the staff was horrible and disrespectful Nothing
Watch your vehicle here Back door doesn't latch and our truck was backed up in a spot next to the building when our tailgate was stolen in broad daylight. Room was decent and clean
