I would stay again It was extremely warm and muggy in the halls and rooms. The room had a very musty mildew smell to it. The location and price were great.

Just ehhh. Location is great. The bed was beyond uncomfortable, AC was not properly cooling, found exposed wires hanging from AC unit. Whether the wires are capped or not it will still be horrible for a young child to start pulling at it or put their mouths on it. Upon checkout the gentleman was very short and rude. Location is very close to UNT and TWU

Very Poor The sheets blankets and pillows were all wet and the pillows had to much cent to them gave me allergies never had this happen
Real crappy, I will make sure that your hotel chain will never get our bussiness anymore. Doogs barking at night, in the middle of it, brunk idiots trying to get thru the back door, kicking it very loud and many times, those dammed idiots should had taken a copy of their hotel room's keys. The lobby was very clean, and staff helpful, to some extend. The pool made it tolerable to stay the second night I specifically asked if there were no dogs because my daughter is allergic and I came across 4 during my stay in the same floor, which didn’t help my daughter. Then while walking to my room the carpet in the hallway was really dirty and it smelled like it was wet. The restroom was dirty and the room smelled moldy and I knew it was mold because the ceiling in the restroom was patched up and it looked like it could collapse.
