Very Poor Place is very fried and needs updating badly to be consistent with nightly rate

Maybe it will be a better first impression next time when we walk in The front desk clerk that night we checked in. Horrible. Rude. Pushy. Made it difficult for us. Clean

Very Poor Bad water pressure, no hot water, did not refund the $50 hold like they were supposed to It was a easy location, staff were friendly
Check out is at 11 but be prepared for the house keeping to knock around 10/10:30 No Hot tub or jacuzzi. False advertising Location
Poor The pet deposit was high and confusing. If they are threatening a big charge we should have the right to be there during inspection Won’t do this again.
The front desk checkout staff was rude. The water was freezing cold. It took maybe 10 minutes to warm up the shower. The water in the showers was cold. I was told at arrival a 30 minute late checkout was fine and the day I was checking out front desk said this was not true. I’m 39 and felt the African American manager in the morning was rude and talked over the phone like I was a child asking for a late checkout.
