Don't stay there! Elevator floor was sticky with dog pee, poor lighting in rooms The bed was comfortable
Did not meet expectations. Our room had a distinct odor of urine. I was told we couldn't move because it was at capacity and I was given a spray bottle of air deodorizer. Dogs running around were loud when barking. There was a substantial population of dogs at this hotel. Dead insects inside bathroom. This hotel doesn't care about the Customer. Booked through Travelocity. Booked so called Deluxe King, suppose to have couch bed. Didn't get what I paid for. Been to LQ hotels before. Who gonna refund me for not getting what was stated in my confirmation. Even Call LQ 1 800 #, still no help. This hotel has a staff that doesn't know what they are doing. Plus Customer Sevice doesn't care either. Did not even want to stay for breakfast.
Dirty bed There was poop or vomit in the bed covers, and sugar ants on the dresser.
I did not consider this a luxury hotel. The bathroom paint was chipping and swollen at the edge of shower. The tile in the bathroom had uneven tile that has an awful patch job for the grout. The parking lot entrance would have been ok if you had a jeep and you enjoyed off roading. The road was incomplete and deep pot holes. Our view was a gravel pit, literally. The hallway carpet had stains that were concerning. The bed was comfortable
Disappointing Room was dirty especially the linens on the bed.

Disappointing Wifi was not working. There was construction & entrance was challenging!
Hotel off I-35 Hair on toilet and in bathtub. Enough said. This hotel was adequate.
