Disappointing
I wouldn’t go back to this hotel or recommend it I could not sleep. The bed frames were made of metal and every toss and turn them would rattle. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was not working properly Our room was in disrepair, paint chipping, wall moldings coming off, terrible bed frames
Misleading photos. Nothing delux about the delux rooms I chose the room based on the photo which shows a sitting area. Not only did it not have a sitting area there wasn’t an easy chair at all. The room was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever been it which really caused issues for my family. The heated pool was not working and the beds were cheap. I’ll never go there again.
Poor The heat and air did not work in the room the maintenance guy came out still messed up was told we would get a discount that never happened. The hot tub would not heat. Very disappointing won’t stay here again.
Would not recommend nor stay there again. Accessibility. No covered unloading area limited parking. Common areas drab. Window looked over truck parking lot. Drapes did not shut out the light from a streetlight. Access difficult from southbound.
Good stay except the pet smell and lacking breakfast This is a pet friendly property and smells like it. Breakfast was lacking. Location the staff was very helpfully with booking because I booked the wrong date and they took care of it for me
Not Worth It Pool (way too cold for indoor), food (poor selection & quality)
Overpriced for what was offered! Next time I will do Embassy or Holiday Inn for $300! The 2 Days were 359 and that was because it was the week of the fair and the price was up! The front foyer looked updated before the rooms were painted but it’s an old building and it was updated with cheap renovations! We have a daughter at UNT. We will never stay again! It smelled like wet puppies because it is open for pets! We will try Holiday Inn next door the next time! The free breakfast was not worth it! IHOP is 5 miles away!
Wedding trip Bathtub was plugged and sxhould have been fixed prior to assigning the room to a customer.
