Wonderful Close to airport. Free airport shuttle. Low cost to leave my car there during my trip
Parfait pour un transit Heureusement, nous n’avons pas eu à expérimenter le parking payant de l’hôtel (géré par un prestataire extérieur) pour lequel les avis signalent des problèmes d’encaissement avec la CB. Au besoin, l’hôtel JUSTE À CÔTÉ dispose, lui, d’un parking gratuit. Bien situé par rapport à l’aéroport et navettes gratuites régulières pour s’y rendre. Hotel bien équipé, à toute proximité, un restaurant, le Ruby Tuesday, avec un bar à salades 🥗 (enfin !!) et, à peine plus loin, un Starbucks… Les adeptes de l’expres... read more
Fine Shuttle to airport was late. Bathtub instead of walk in shower is hard as I am mildly disabled Didn't get breakfast because we had to leave earlier for our flight.

Very Good It would be better to have a fixed schedule for the airport shuttle, rather than having customers wait or call the front desk with no result. I waited for almost an hour in the midnight while they claimed that the driver is running late/ coming...Additionally, clearer instructions on where to wait at Island 3 would be helpful. The waiting area (West Terminal, Island 3) is quite large, and it’s difficult to locate the right shuttle, especially when carrying several pieces of luggage.
