Inizialmente ci avevano dato una camera molto rumorosa, accanto alla sala motori della caldaia, le chiavi magnetiche non funzionavano, ma una gentile signora del turno successivo alla lobby ce l'ha cambiata con un'altra silenziosa. Very Good The room entry cards and door locks were a struggle to make work. The card was not working on other entry doors too. The staff and hotel were nice.
Wonderful The lady that was checking us out didn't really seem too friendly or nice. She gave me the receipt for our stay ( however, I wasn't aware of that, and she didn't say anything, and I assumed I had to sign it considering on the paper there was a guest signature at the bottom ) she seemed really unfriendly and was not communicative. I'm not sure if it was slow morning, but she was definitely the only negative of the trip.
