Good Shuttle didn't show up for a long time. Every time we called the hotel they would say "oh it just left" clearly that was not true. Room was clean staff was nice.

Pleasant Upon checking out, I was told the airport shuttle only goes to the west terminal. I had 4 bags and handicapped wife. It would have been an impossible walk for us. The staff member, female, said it was my problem and they were not allowed to drop at the east terminal which was a lie. She said call an Uber and have a nice day. Nine people on the shuttle and 8 to the east terminal. Luckily the driver took the extra two minutes and took us there. Did what I wanted a nice place to stay before a flight Maybe the architecture but what can you do about that About the price and my expectations it was far beyond what I was expecting
