The property is very nice and the location is great! The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The air conditioning was very loud every time it turned on. It was hard to sleep The property location was perfect. Their shuttle service to the airport is 24 hours! We needed to leave at 4:30 am

Accommodating staff, excellent customer service, and the shuttle experience was great! There was only one working elevator which required us to walk extra. They allowed us to check in super late and were very accommodating to our late check in. My husband and I had spent the entire day clearing out our apartment for our cross country move and the hotel understood we weren’t going to make it in the time we had initially reserved. So accommodating.
