Nice, but much room for improvement There was a lot of confusion during our check-in process. I booked 2 rooms. We checked in and got to our rooms. The keys worked, but it took several attempts to get the locks to work. Within 30 minutes of getting into our room, someone else walked in using their key. We had to go back downstairs and sort out the problem. Neither person at the desk were very helpful or competent. Neither seemed concerned about the problem and neither offered an apology. Location and 24 hour shuttle service.

Nice hotel and location for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. The 24 hour airport shuttle service was a plus when making our reservation. We were offered a free room upgrade when we checked in which was really nice. We enjoyed a nice dinner and salad excellent all you can eat salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's just across the street. There were other restaurants within walking distance so the location was great. We will stay there again when flying out of Denver Int'l Airport.

Great value, staff and comfort! The way you had to pay for parking - I think your nights you stay should be included. The breakfast could use some improving - Coffee was decent and that is most important to me! Not as expensive as the other area hotels. The parking is interesting for flying out of DIA as you don't really get any parking for your overnight stay - it is $10/nt so include in your pricing- shuttle service was great and drivers friendly. Beds were very comfy and the shower nice and hot!
