Buena El servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel nunca llegó le di muchas llamadas y tuve que ir en taxi y regresar en taxi Muy limpio y acogedor
First hotel stay with my dog. The heater didn't work but I'm sure they would have made it right if I didn't forget to tell them each time I went to the desk. I did contact them after I returned home to let them know so they can get it fixed. The location was good. The staff were excellent especially the lady at the front desk when I checked in. She was the only one at the desk and there were about 6 different groups waiting to be checked in. I wish I were better at names. She even helped me out with my dog.
Excellent hotel and value. Nothing Excellent hotel, Excellent value. Convenient airport shuttle. Restaurant across a side street from hotel - an easy walk. Nice courtyard area. Excellent pool area. Loved it!

Great location. The garbage was not picked up during our stay. The shower was great but the floor was very slippery. Room was very spacious.
Great place for cost/value. Close to the airport. Shuttle coordination could be better. Give the driver a heads-up that you carry oversized baggage (like skies or snowboard bags). Check-ins with the driver should be better. If at an estimated time the shuttle is not there to pickup the guest, don't wait till the guest ask "Where is the shuttle" It's perfect for a stopover or any stay before taking a flight. Good price. Friendly Staff.
