Schlechter Personalservice Als wir unsere Schlüssel-Key erhielten und in das Zimmer im 5 Stockwerk, mittlerweile war es 2 Uhr Morgens, wollten, stellten wir fest dass Zimmer schon belegt war. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte nur " i am sorry" übrig.

Underwhelmed for the price. The water pressure in the bath tip was harsh. And my tub had rust stains. And mold. Room 304. I was underwhelmed. I gave it a shot because I always see it on TV.

Awesome staff, shuttle frequency and breakfast quality need upgrades Poor shuttle service from airport. Breakfast. Staff were excellent, from before the time we arrived -- the airport shuttle simply wasn't happening (late? full?), so they arranged to comp us cab fare. And when I thought I'd left jewelry behind (later found in my suitcase), they were unbelievably responsive. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Breakfast, however, is pretty abysmal. Not staff fault. That's on corporate.
