Could use some renovations and upgrades but overall a decent stay Shower needs some work. The water pressure and water temp could use some help. The heater is very loud and kept me up all night. Lock on door was broken off. Good price, good location, great staff

Staff helpful decent location, but facility needs to put money in repairing the issues stated above key cards did not work had to change rooms, shower had no hot water, tepid at best while bathroom sink water was very hot, heat could not be turned down/off, not enough luggage racks upon check-in, elevator did not work, had to carry luggage up flights of stairs, then back down when key card[s] did not work after swapping them out 2 times, indoor hot tub was empty, indoor pool area temperature was around 55 F and reeked of chl... read more

Would not go there again The airport shuttle system is a disaster. The staff person had a sign up, whereas the time that we needed was taken. We arrived a few minutes late to learn that there were lots of spaces on the shuttle that had left already. A disaster of a system.
Disappointing Shower ...bathtub faucet broken. Entire handle fell off and water could not be completely turned off. Layout and updated

Bad The mattress on the pull out look like it had urine all the way through. Nasty dirty. Someone used my mouthwash while we went to eat breakfast. The lady that checked us in
