Glad I only stayed one night because this was terrible l. It smelled terrible. The doors didn't work properly with keys. Many of the guests had to properly open the side doors because their keys didn't work. This is a huge safety concern when traveling with family and valuable items. The eggs were horrible, but the rest of the breakfast was edible. It was nice to stay so near the airport. The staff was friendly.
I’ve stayed at this location many times and my visit on February 4-5 was the worst . The bed was horriblely very lumpy and so very uncomfortable ( felt like sleeping on a very cheap mattress ) . We couldn’t get the tv to turn on and when morning came maintenance showed up . In order for the tv to work you had to have the light . Clean and friendly staff
It was a bit disappointing. No water in hot tub yet no onetold us. We had to find out when we went to get in. Staff started cleaning up breakfast before 8am. Chris was very helpful.
Fair
Poor The hallways smelled very bad and the hot tub that was on the website was drained Location to the airport for a short stay
Bad The receptionist Diego gave me disgusting and disrespectful service because I am Jewish. He gave me two rooms that didn't open and said he would call the police because I complained that the door wouldn't open in both rooms. And kicked me out of the hotel at 9 pm. Nothing
OK, but could be much better. No fruit for breakfast. Locks didn't work. Back door unsecured. Shuttle service not well explained.
Very Poor There whole hotel smelled of marijuana. People were smoking in the hotel and hanging around outside. Very sketchy.
Fair The breakfast
