Speechless Staff did their best but clearly undertrained or just didn't care keys didn't work at check in.... hallway reeked like mildew..ice maker out of order water never got hot..inside door handle fell off when we were finally able to leave..all outside doors from parking lot didn't work..we learned about your lack of security and cameras when our truck was broken into and broken and all our stuff was stolen..and no manager on duty until 9 am..to even report to..managed to actually get a police report done before we coul... read more

You get what you pay for Ridiculous water temperature & flow!! We had to go to another room to shower because we had no hot water & very little water flow in our sink! Even the other room didn’t have much hot water! Significant issue Convenient to the airport & pretty nice for the price

Hotel cerca del aeropuerto pero con serios olores de cañería En todo el hotel huele a cañería, tienen un serio problema con ese olor y no se lo pudieron quitar durante nuestra estancia, fue muy desagradable oler eso todo el tiempo El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y con el servicio de shuttle es perfecto para ir sin prisas

I would not stay again. The whole hotel smelled of rotten eggs/sewer at night and it was almost unavoidable no matter where you went. And sprays didn’t help. My door looked as though someone attempted to kick it open at one point. It was decorated nicely.

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN I GOT THERE THE FRONT DESK SAID NO PETS BUT I HAD CALLED SPECIFICALLY AND ASKED AND THEY TOLD ME PETS WERE FINE NO DEPOSIT. I EXPLAINED I HAD TALKED TO SOMEONE AND SHE CHARGED ME 25 DOLLARS WHICH WAS NOT BAD. THE ROOM UM THE SHEETS HAD HOLES IN THEM IT LOOKED OLD, THE BED SHEETS HAD STAINS, IT WAS VERY LOUD. IT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT OVERALL THE LOCATION WAS BY OTHER RESTAURANTS, THE DEPOSIT FOR A PET WAS ONLY 25 DOLLARS

no breakfast after 8 AM, totally unprofessional management NO BREAKFAST AFTER 8:00 AM, no WiFi security/password, so phone and tablet refused to connect, no room number on door (had to guess), desk staff pretended to call the police when I threw an empty paper coffee cup on the floor. My wife says the shower was not hot and the flow was too low, and the pillow smelled bad. We could sleep.

Poor Bed was so dated, springs popping, sunk to center of bed. Noise from upstairs room and hall Light came from all over room. No way to darken
