Fair There was no water, had an empty pitcher and not one water bottle to sell in the whole property. The locks in the rooms didn’t work Convenient location, rooms clean
Way worse than I ever expected especially from a Laquinta. It seems like Motel 8 or worse. The elevator was very slow and drying my stay one broke and some of the doors won’t work. You have to reset your room key almost every time you need it. The showers do not get hot. My biggest complaint. I had to take a bath and wash the tub and buy cleaning supplies. The shower wouldn’t get hot I asked why and they said let it run for 15 not 10 or 5 but 15 minutes. I tried that and it didn’t work either. I have my whole family kids and... read more
Beautiful hotel near airport Terrible noice from AC, could not sleep. The door lock was broken Breakfast, room decor, staff
not worth the money- dingy broken down and smelled terrible. where do I start. Upon arrival you have to pay for parking. Even though you’re already paying to stay there. Once we came through for check in- we had to wait 5-10 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front desk. The woman who checked us in could not be bothered to help us really. Fair They surprise you with a $10 per day parking fee after you book. It is not disclosed with the hotel information when you are searching. Also, the elevator to the lobby didn’t work so it five flights of stairs to walk. Location was good; property was clean.
Fair I’ve stayed here last year and the rooms look a little more worn down and not as clean. The breakfast is horrible. It was much better in the past. Nothing but bread and waffles. No juice, eggs, fruits or breakfast meats. The bed is clean and comfortable enough.

Bad 1.Had to take a cold shower the whole time I was there 2.The thermastat was set to Celcuius instead of Fahrenheit, 3.TV only had 42 channels and half of them didn't work and the ones that did work cut, the tv off after five minutes of watching it 4.when entering the room I had to swipe the card a good 10 times before it would read. Yes I did go to the desk to have it reset and they so kindly did, but it did not fix it Customer service was extremely friendly
