You get what you pay for.... go to Hilton down the road... The elevator needs to be updated badly... we got stuck in it a few times and the buttons dont work every time. The rooms also need to be cleaned better! I asked a few times for trash to be taken out and it wasn't and we had a small pile on day three that I ended up putting out in the hall because they never came after asking a few times. not the best, will be looking for other places to stay.. besides the elevator not working, the room was ok, except for a couple of issues. the handel for the shower was not attached, very difficult to adjust the water temp. the high intensity light flooding the parking lots blasted the room with lights, very annoying. the tv kept resetting itself, same as last visit. the coffee in the room was all decaf, asked 3 times for a couple of regular coffee packs, was told they would bring some to room, never happened. the breakfast ... read more
adequate but not memorable. The room was cold. I was on the first floor. Carpet would have been nice on the floors as they were chilly. The room fob didn't work so I had to go back to the desk. Another guest was having the same problem. The staff was very helpful and went with us to our rooms to make sure the new fobs worked. Breakfast was the standard hotel one.

Disappointing Fees for parking? Seriously? You are NOT Disney or Universal! There are plenty of other hotels in that area that do not charge for parking - which I will be utilizing on my next trip.
