Very Good It would be better to have a fixed schedule for the airport shuttle, rather than having customers wait or call the front desk with no result. I waited for almost an hour in the midnight while they claimed that the driver is running late/ coming...Additionally, clearer instructions on where to wait at Island 3 would be helpful. The waiting area (West Terminal, Island 3) is quite large, and it’s difficult to locate the right shuttle, especially when carrying several pieces of luggage. Nice place, conveniently located. Unfortunately, room 224 is right across the hall from a large and noisy wall vent. It disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was average but I missed having a little sweet. The property is a short distance from DIA which makes it convenient for air travel. It’s clean and the breakfast room is attractive. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
