Very Good 2 things were ehh.. 1. I had boxelder bugs in the room. You could tell they sprayed them and never cleaned up the dead ones and still had to kill a bunch myself. 2. You have to pay for parking not just long term but $10 a night while your there. Great place friendly staff.

Pleasant Customer service was lackluster amd dull. Didn't feel welcomed. Had to pay to park in the property. Layout of the room was nice. Continental breakfast was average. Check in person had zero personality or welcoming customer service skills but still did her job. I didn't feel like a valued guest, but the hotel was nice.
Super! Chambre très propre et confortable, service de navette pour l'aéroport 24 heures très pratique, déjeuner à partir de 5h am ce qui nous a permis d’en bénéficier malgré un vol tôt le matin. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. J’y retournerais sans hésitation.
Massig begeistert... Äußerst sachlicher Empfang. Zusätzliche Parkgebühr von 10$ die über eine separate Anmeldung gebucht werden muss, oder, auf Beanstandung am Empfang, auf die Unterkunftrechnung gebucht wird. Bin seit Jahrzehnten in den USA zu Besuch, aber das ist neu... Viel Lärm von kommenden und gehenden Gästen. Flugbedingt. Gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Nahe am Airport. Car Return 10Min. Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Auf konkrete Anfrage erhält man auch freundlichere Auskunft.

Great place to catch some ZZZZs The lobby had an awful smell of rotten eggs. The front desk acted like they couldn't smell it. The next time we came in, there were several air filters around helping to clean the smell. The pool was freezing the two times we attempted to use it. Leaving the one hot tub over crowded with other guests complaining of the pool water temperature. We didn't realize how far this location was from shopping, sightseeing, and downtown. Staff was very nice House Keeping didnt clean our room / 4 day stay 🤨we had to have our room key changed 4 or 5 times 🤨
