Happy and sad Junkies all over and passing out in the stairwells, room wasn't cleaned very well at all had to clean the bath tub ourselves and jets didn't work needed vacuuming and no extra blankets, parking lot was so busy with hookers and dealers even in the snow storm didn't feel it was safe to even go smoke, pool wasn't very clean or hot tub ceiling looked like it was going to fall down due to water damage. Would not stay here again. After checking in, the room we were given was already occupied. When we went back down to the Lobby we were given another room complete opposite and we had reserved 2 queen beds, they were full beds. I called the front desk and was told they did not have double queen beds. The 2nd night there was a dog barking when we returned to our room, you could see it's paws under the door across from us and the bark did not stop till almost 1 am. Disappointing The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable didn't sleep throughout the night because the bed was very ,very hard !! And house keeping kept knocking and it wasn't even close to check out time , very annoying especially if you didn't sleep well

Although the staff was as friendly as can be whomever the head of housekeeping is doesn’t take their job seriously! On checking in, I had reserved a deluxe king room and was given a double single room (324)that was filthy in the bathroom. The beds had hair in them. Still one of them had cigarette ashes all over the sheets. I guess the housekeeper made the bed hung out in there. I don’t know what happened but it was a gross. The second room (323) was also dirty! Fair El cuarto tenia muchos pelos de perro, nunca cambiaron las sabanas y estaban manchadas la ropa de cama se notaba sucia ! La ubicación!!

Location was nice room wasn’t clean had pills and food under bed. Was charged for service animal Pills and food under bed charged for service animal. Breakfast area was right by front door so very cold every time someone came in or out Location and animal friendly
