The dirtiest hotel ever. The first thing I did not like was when I arrived at the hotel ans found not only was my toilet dirty but the shower was dirty as well and was covered in hair I called the front desk they sent a housekeeper she came up and only wiped the spots where the hair was when the whole shower needed to be cleaned the second thing is in the area near the bed there was a glob of something on the wall looks like someone hocked a loogie on it there was also spilled coffee on the wall that nobody ever decided to c... read more
Gross weed smell The room wasn't super clean and the hallways reeked so strongly of marijuana that it seeped into my luggage. I liked the front desk agent who checked us in.

Unfortunately we had an equipment failure that caused an outage for several days while we waited for replacement equipment. Although a rare occurrence, I am sorry that it happened while you were our guest.

Would stay elsewhere in this area Someone removed the little tray that you need to make coffee with the Pod, so I had to make my coffee like tea. Just dropped the coffee pod in the cup. The air conditioning was horrible, because the fan kept going on and off all night long. When the fan was off, you could hear all the traffic on the interstate. Staff said that could be perhaps fixed in the morning for a constant fan, however I was just here for one night. In other words no maintenance staff in the evening. The room was fairl... read more
Won’t stay here again Staff not friendly or helpful. Bed was AWFUL. Alarm clock can’t be move —had to cover due to bright light. Noisy. Asked for a quiet room. She confirmed it was. After the long walk, it was next to freeway. Long walk back to front desk when other gal told me I needed to ask for quiet room. I told her I did and then the other gal lied and said I didn’t. JUst O.K. came home Very exhausted Our room was very dirty, and the noise from the highway was unbearable. The first day there I had to kill roaches in the bathroom and when I reported it they did not apologize or send anyone up. The sheets were never changed and we were there for 5 nights. The second day I looked in the closet and the ironing board was not rehung from previous customer and there were dirty towels from the pool and trach on the shelf.
