Poor On our first days stay, we had no hot water! I took a lukewarm shower. The beds are lumpy, hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The rooms appear nice and the colors were soothing.

Gross. When we arrived the front desk associate was fine but when we got to our room the shower was dirty and the sheets were dirty as well. We asked for a different room, the second rooms sheets were worse. Actual pee stains on the sheets along with spots of dirt and possibly blood. We asked for another room, again dirty sheets!! Asked for a refund absolutely disgusted. N/a.

Less than stellar I didn't like the fact that everything seemed to be dependent on the outcome of this Covid19 virus. The level of protection was over the top when at anytime you can get the Covid19. I had to ask for towels multiple times and finally was able to get fresh towels at 8:00PM. Never any extra coffee offered or extra bags for garbage. Staff seemed very lazy the entire time. I am sorry that those measures meant your stay was not what you were used to pre-covid. I am sure we all look forward to the day we can return to more normal business practices.

Fair Many things! No accommodations and price was high! Wild dog in the hallway almost Attacked my daughter! Front desk didn’t give me that many supplies and we didn’t get our room cleaned on a 4 night stay! They wouldn’t even let us use the vacuum! Very poor service!

While we do not offer daily service to your room, all amenities are available at the desk for you to pick up. I know we all look forward to the day we are not burdened by this pandemic, but in the meantime our focus is on the safety of our team and our guests.

Disappointing. Probably not all the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was cancelled due to COVID-19. The pool was closed as well. Something smelled bad inside the entrance on the side we were on.

Bad Poor communication between booking.com and the hotel Seemed clean enough. Would have been nice to actually be able to check in...

Everyone is entitled to have a bad day on the job, hopefully they have a better day tomorrow. Evening clerk was rude, told me I had to come get my own toilet paper, even though there was none in the room when we arrived, or wait until the cleaning staff got in ... in the morning! Room had hair in the tub and on the floor, microwave had good splattered in it, poor cleaning job. Morning manager listened to my concerns and made it right with a discount.

No privacy, no way. The rooms have a door between them with a large gap. You can hear every single noise and word said between rooms. Complete lack of privacy or comfort due to this horrible design. I would never stay here again. Good location, decent breakfast. Thankful they gave me a refund for the day early we checked out.
