stuff not curtious and cleaning people don’t speak English when I I asked for something cuz they never came to clean roo The pool was closed, the food was ordinary and my room never got cleaned the whole week I was there nothing
Bad NOTHING!!! Dirty,Staff was very rude, Breakfast was Nothing at all to look forward too. Apple,waffles and oatmeal. Nothing I requested was fulfilled, floor was dirty in my room, bedding was dirty, cig burns,stains and dog hair all over, lights were burned out, feces in the toilet, dusty, could Not get my bed cleaned or room and when I requested with the Manager Tom it was Not done when I returned to my room. Not the best experience The woman who checked us in was complaining to a coworker when I walked in, she was loudly complaining about a guest. It was very unprofessional. Breakfast-I’ve stayed at many La Quinta and they don’t have hot breakfast right now…understandable. This particular location had barely anything. No cereal, no milk, no juice, the hard boiled eggs were in a Tupperware container in the fridge not placed out in a container like usual. It was pretty bleak.
