Thank you for the great review, Jamika. Next time you stay, if you have any concerns about a guest, please let us know and we will handle it immediately. We do not let people stay here that do not follow the rules or that are questionable. The police department is only one block from us, and we have them patrol our hotel parking lot several times through out the day and night.
Everything besides the one issue was amazing and we loved the hotel! The issue with water leaking from upstairs should of been resolved wether maintenance came in and took care of it or simply move us to another room. All of the staff was very friendly!

I did have a talk with all of my staff to make sure that this does not happen again. We realized that the guest above you overflowed their bathtub and it caused this issue. Great airport shuttle driver The morning clerk was not very friendly and did not put out the entire breakfast selection (no meat) until about half way through the breakfast hours The night staff was great and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient

Thank you for the review, I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We apologize about the sausage being delayed, we were waiting on a shipment to come in and we did not receive it, due to shortages. We were, however, able to run to the store and find some premade sausage patties to take care of our guests. We are trying hard to make sure all guests are happy while they stay with us, we will certainly try harder! Have a great day!
