Large rooms, uncomfortable beds but a decent bang for your buck. The bed was extremely hard. My husband and I, both rather fit and in our 30’s, experienced back pain after staying. Also, there’s only one small trash can in the entire suite. It was inconvenient to run things from the bathroom to the trash can in the sitting area and it filled up quickly. The room was huge! The bedroom was completely separate, with its own door. The staff was great as well. They had no issues shuttling us around the area.

Good The manager came in to fix the TVs and when I was questioned about one of the remotes. I was trying to get clarification on one of them and the manager was extremely rude about it. Like snatching the remote like “aht not this one”, when I was CLEARLY just trying to see which one I needed to find. Someone took our laundry out of the dryer, while they were all still wet. The doors to the bathroom and extra room did not lock. Our key cards stopped working after day 3.. we had to get new ones every day until we left. My fir... read more

The condition of your room while you were staying with us, is why we could not find the other remote control. We did find it after we had to clean out all of the trash and food. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Excellent rooms, great staff, great service...and yummy breakfast Nothing! We had 4 rooms reserved and I called a few days early to ask that they be near each other. The gentleman said he couldn't promise, but he would make a note and speak with his manager. When we arrived there rooms were not only on the same floor, 3 were next to/across the hall from each other. Excellent customer service!
