Good The manager came in to fix the TVs and when I was questioned about one of the remotes. I was trying to get clarification on one of them and the manager was extremely rude about it. Like snatching the remote like “aht not this one”, when I was CLEARLY just trying to see which one I needed to find. Someone took our laundry out of the dryer, while they were all still wet. Hello Breanna, we were extremely nice and understanding about the condition of your room while you stayed with us. The condition of your room while you were staying with us, is why we could not find the other remote control. We did find it after we had to clean out all of the trash and food. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Excellent rooms, great staff, great service...and yummy breakfast Nothing! We had 4 rooms reserved and I called a few days early to ask that they be near each other. The gentleman said he couldn't promise, but he would make a note and speak with his manager. When we arrived there rooms were not only on the same floor, 3 were next to/across the hall from each other. Excellent customer service!

Very Good I loved the stay especially for the price. I only had one incident , I was charged twice for the room but I spoke with service and she handled the situation well. Staff very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical breakfast food. I love the spa tub
