Disappointed I picked this hotel for the indoor pool and spa for my 3 old granddaughter. The pool and spa were closed for renovations. I was not informed of the closure. Also the sheets in the bed were very wrinkled as tho they hadn’t been changed. The walls had a lot of scratches and the shower head was horrible. Not impressed.
Close to the airport, clean and nice room. Great place to spend the night before heading to Austin by car!
Nice hotel close to DFW. Free shuttle 24/7 Perfect location if you need to be near DFW. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was VERY comfortable and the free breakfast offered several options
Nice hotel near the airport Pros: clean, hotel staff and shuttle personnel were super friendly and helpful. Cons: Better signage as I missed the side road from my directions and circled around the hotel before finding the entrance. Location: Just ordered Domino's pizza which was fast delivery. It turns out they have a great gluten free pizza! I only stayed one night and flew out early the next morning. Everyone was wonderful, very nice room to stay in. We flew out the next day. Free shuttle to the airport. Left my car there with no issues. We would definitely use this hotel again!

Great choice Pros: Convenient to DFW. Location: Not much close by, but a few fast food joints are close enough to walk to, and the neighborhood, though not upscale, seems safe. If you have to wait overnight for a DFW flight, as we did after suffering a weather-related cancellation, you could hardly do better for the price. The ground transportation to and from the terminal was prompt, efficient and courteous. The room itself was clean and comfy. Not many food options within walking distance, but you won't starve.
Helpful staff aided in sending my cat to the cargo I chose this hotel because it accepts cats and it is close to DFW. I have stayed at La Wuintas before, without animals in tow, and have enjoyed them. The hotel is clean and comfie. Though it is located in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, you can get a ride out to dinner and call when you want to return. I wound up wandering around the hotel for my meals, but was so happy to get a round trip ride to the cargo hold with my cat! I appreciate he very kind manager of this hotel!!... read more
