Decent Hotel But Problems Pros: Clean with decent and modern design. Cons: Attend to guests needs when there's a problem with the room. Location: Many things to do in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Hotel has shady surroundings. Clean and decent. Shady, dirty looking businesses on the east side of the property, so be vigilant. Smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night. Good value, great hotel Pros: Cleanliness Cons: Location Location: nothing to do nearby This place looks brand new, rooms are spacious and very clean, and all for a good price.

Pros: Shuttle to and from airport for free. Cons: Shuttle to and from game $20/ person. Location: Go Cowboys!! Room was clean and staff was nice. Close enough to the stadium. Shuttle service to game nice but long wait for return.

Pros: Comfortable fir price. Shuttle great service. Cons: Smell in room. Location: N/a It was good except for smell in room walking in. It got better when AC running at lower temp

Best customer service I've ever had. Pros: The staff was the best I've ever encountered and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Cons: Can't think of anything. It's not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, but for the budget concious traveller you could not do better than this. Location: Close to DFW and Harris Methodist HEB Hospital. Clean rooms! Friendly staff!! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, nearby the airport and a 10 min drive to the mall! Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, free breakfast was good and staff very friendly!! Would Surely recommend this hotel to a friend!
