Very clean hotel We were very pleased with the hotel but we're not very impressed with the beds or pillows.
Nice hotel, close to the freeway and near airport. Pros: The bed!! Cons: Jacuzzi needs repair. The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable.
Overall met our needs and seemed like a newer hotel. I would recommend hotel.
Hard to get too! Pros: Shuttle service to airport was great!! Cons: Lots of people taking advantage of breakfast service. They could use a few more hands cleaning off tables. Road construction all around made this a hard hotel to find. But once we got there it was nice.
Loud noises coming from adjacent rooms and floor above after 10:00 pm
Nice hotel close to DFW Airport, 20 mins shuttle Pros: Big room & Nice bed Cons: Temperature of room Location: Shuttle can take you within 5 miles. A few strip malls nearby. Good, standard breakfast. Swimming pool. Nice room and big bed. Very clean. Smallish hotel but comfortable.
Excellent staff! They were incredibly helpful and very nice! They recommended restaurants that would deliver so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel. The driver who dropped me off at the airport was very friendly and courteous.

Hotel location Pros: price and free parking Cons: replace carpets in hall Location: poor location for nearby facilities, no restaurants, coffee house, theatres, gas stations etc Not close to any decent restaurants. Only plus on location is easy access to toll way. No hotel restaurant, no starbucks nearby, so plan your meals to travel a bit.
