Clean and well air-conditioned room.
I went to the pool and there was roaches on the floor. It was disgusting the hot tub was green and not working
No bragging point, though I must point out the noise. If you are OK resting in noisy environments, then it is a non-issue, otherwise, there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The occupants above me were just pacing and walking around until almost 3 AM.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
It was close to airport and clean.
Very clean and beds are comfortable
Beds are nice but we couldnt get extra pillows.
We arrived after midnight. A phone call to the hotel from MIA alerting them of our late arrival was handled with great alacrity. They checked us in and arranged for shuttle service. I'm impressed by their customer service that went beyond what other offer.
Liked free shuttle to airport and free breakfast. Would have liked a small in hotel cafe to have a bite to eat in the evening. Staff were very nice
