staff goes above and beyond! nothing staff was excellent!
Pleasant Ontbijt was echt minimaal, 1 dag van die kleine toetjes gehad,de ander 2 dagen een lege koelkast. Balie personeel was ook niet echt vriendelijk. Op de tv kast en andere kastjes lag stof en 2 flinke haren in de badkamer. Ook is het gehorig door de krakende vloer van de bovenburen De grote van de kamer en een fijn zwembad en hottub.

Pleasant Located on the 3rd floor the room directly above me was up all night 3 to 5 walking back-and-forth which was easily heard through the ceiling. I could also hear them turn the shower on and off several times. Seems like for a newer hotel they would have more sound deadening material. shuttle from airport and to restaurants.
