Clean and Comfortable The facilities are clean and very comfortable. The only negative is that there are no decent restaurants nearby. This presented a problem for us as we were towing a travel trailer which is not easily detachable. We did order Italian takeout which was very delicious but would have enjoyed a sit down dinner within walking distace of the hotel. And btw we do not consider the nearby Burger King a decent restaurant to enjoy a good meal and a glass (or two) of wine😀

Decent stay for a conference Pros: The room was nice, fairly quiet. Staff were very friendly. Cons: The breakfast was served in the adjoined steakhouse, but just as a space to eat. The food itself was poor quality - hard-boiled eggs, cereal, etc. Location: Besides New York adventures, great Italian restaurant up the road - Michael Angelo's. Also a nearby bar, Tierney's Copperhouse was friendly and fun. The hotel was fine. Staff were nice, and the room was clean.

Need more outlets for phone or laptop charger. Stayed in Hampton inn night before and Fairfield Inn night after. Both had plenty of extra outlets.

Good value Pros: No highway noise as it was away from the main road. Cons: Better breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage would be nice. Location: Jose Tejas restaurant is right in front of the hotel. Excellent place to eat and close to the other restaurants by the shopping mall. Fair price. Quiet and back off the main road behind two great restaurants. Clean and nice.

nice hotel it's near all type of shopping centers Pros: clean and a staff very nice easy to park my car and save area , clean hotel. very nice mall around a hotel

Hotel is fair Cons: The bed sheets look unclean, hairs not removed, I wonder if they are actually replaced after the last guests, I hope the management make sure they did The staff is good. The room is good enough for the price, except that the bed sheets look dirty, hairs not removed, this bothers me a lot.

Nice hotel at an affordable price Pros: Location. Pool. Continental breakfast. Extremely competitive price. Cons: Housekeeping; ie., we could have used more towels and more coffee and cups. The room was clean. Location: 20 minutes to Newark. Less than an hour from NYC. Less than a mile from a mall. We were looking for an affordable hotel convenient to Newark, NJ and NYC. La Quinta Fairfield fit the bill! We were about 20 minutes away from a show in Newark, and less than a mile from a NJ Transit stop to catch a bus in to NYC.... read more
Decent hotel Pros: Good Japanese restaurant attached. Breakfast is nothing special. Pool is decent. Good facilities Cons: I'm not fond of the beds at this place. They seem to make my back ache in the morning.
