pool and hot tub closed without notification by Ex Pros: The pool and spa (WHEN IT'S OPEN), pet friendly. Cons: Notification to a customer that the pool/spa will be closed during their stay. The hotel accommodations and breakfast was fine. But we booked with Expedia. We weren't told before we booked that the hotel spa (hot tub) and pool were going to be closed for renovations for an entire month!! We stayed a week and were only able to use the pool 2 days. Overnight Air conditioning didn't work well and the barking dogs wasn't pleaseant even though I'm a dog lover
The should start hiring a new set of staff... We had a blast! The only issue is that the room was clean only on the outside. I have a slight dust allergy, and there was a high concentration of dust in the room. We had to move the tv table to the side to plug in a chromecast wire and to our suprise there was mud, orange peels, and a bunch of other nasty stuff under the table. They only clean the visible parts of the room. The dont move furniture or anything. The lady also wouldent change our sheets. She just spread them. We h... read more
Convenience & Price Convenience & Price. Close to mall, entrance to Rt 80E off the side entrance, Rt 46 across the front with several restaurants in same lot with discounts for guests. Reasonably priced for the area.
Good hotel close to the city Pros: I loved the cleaniness Cons: the pool needs a little renovation Location: not much to do near by there is a retuarant next door but didn't get a chance to try it out We stayed overnight at this hotel for my daughters cheerleading competition. Good Location Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional. Cons: Water in the sink took a long time to get hot and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I was expecting. Location: There are several good restaurants a short drive away. The hotel was nicely located for convenience to area attractions that I came to visit.
Great!!!! The staff was friendly. The rooms were small but clean. Overall great stay!!!!
It's ok Everything is outdated, shower and tub were dirty, bed was comfortable but pillows were horrible, staff was great, ok if you just need a quick night stay but that's it.
Pros: easy to check in and easy to contact front desk Cons: definitely new carpeting in halls, many lumps and bubbles which are a tripping hazard particularly to seniors Location: many reputable restaurants, which is all we were concerned with desk staff very pleasant and accommodating as well as being available
